The Bibles full of characters, the good and the bad. In this first series of student lectures six students will join Philip Edwards to present eight personalities from the Old and New Testament. From the triumphs and failures in their lives God can speak to each one of us to live in a way that is far greater than those that have gone before us.

Then Philip Edwards will conclude with Joseph, the guardian of Jesus, whose life changed forever after he was presented with the responsibility for raising the Christ child.

Bible Characters (Season 3・Module 2・Lesson 2) Simon Hobden will describe the emotional unfolding story of the bridegroom and his bride from the Song of Songs. How the lover without any embarrassment portray his love. Then Denise Fairbrother reveals the moving story of a mother who appeals to God for the gift of a child and then sacrificially dedicates him to God’s work.

Bible Characters (Season 3 · Module 2 · Lesson 3) Edwards Gosnell will present all the scriptural references to Melchizedek and skilfully unravel the mystery behind him. Then Philip Edwards will look at just one episode in the life of David and wonder how this young lad had such faith.

Bible Characters (Season 3・Module 2・Lesson 4) Gill Reville will explain how Saul the persecutor became Paul the preacher through a dramatic conversion. Then Daphne Edwards will lead us through the Book of Acts to Lydia, a seller of purple from Thyatira who supported Paul in his ministry.
