HANDLING
STRESS

 

Recent studies have shown that 90% of those polled said they often felt overwhelmed by work. One in five had turned to alcohol after a stressful day - and 3% admitted using recreational drugs to cope. We all experience stress in our lives. Some of it is necessary and helpful but too much and our health suffers, our relationships break down and if untreated will lead to long-term serious problems. God understands our problems and has provided the means by which we can handle our stress. As we turn to the scriptures and apply them to our lives we will discover the secret of a stress managed life.
